Episode 04 (6/10 – Good)
Impression:
Did anyone else notice the huge difference in the art? I’m guessing this is the point at which the second OVA starts. Although it’s true that the art improves, for a change in art to be noticeable not even halfway through a series is an embarrassment. I don’t what in the world the director is thinking – maybe he’s not thinking at all. What he should have done is order that every screen be redrawn like the Neon Genesis Evangelion movies did. I know that cost a lot of money, but if they weren’t serious about improving Munto, they shouldn’t have started in the first place. They had better start taking this series seriously.
Suggestive Content:
There’s more violence in this episode. Larko, the lady coming out of the mud, is naked.
Rating:
Animation: 8/10
Characters: 8/10
Writing: 6/10
Pacing: 5/10
Enjoyment: 7/10
*Directing: 4/10*
