This wasn’t at all what I thought it would be. I was expecting clean, sleek animation, good horror elements, an intelligent cast trapped by a dark secret. What I got was dirty animation, cartoonish mock-gothic elements, with a plain cast trapped by a (on the light side) dark secret. I’m not very impressed. There were some interesting relationships between characters. Gil was a pretty good character albeit a little whiney. But, in the end this is just a regular shoujo-ish horror story. Beware the clocks!

Try to watch till episode 10, I bet you're going to change your opinions like the others.
ReplyDeleteWhat you should be expecting about PH is not the animation or art; it's the story, characters and music. Another plus, each episode gets better in the term of animation!
Also, I'll tell you something; never expect good animation from the company called Xebec. They're a very strange production company and an evil one....
