Azusa’s a little Mio…
Don’t you think? She’s serious, shy, easily embarrassed, and just as prone to yell at the other, more airheaded members of the band. Some may think the writers ran out of characters and just pulled a smaller size of Mio off the rack, but I see a great opportunity for character growth – both for Mio and Azusa. If they can go through the same lessons, each bringing something new to the story through it – it’s like a writer’s dream! Let's see if they can manage not to mess it up.

Episode 08 (8.5/10 Very Great)
Impression:
I wonder if I sound stupid, but I really liked the song they sang: My Love is a Stapler. The metaphor sounds weird, but the words make pretty good sense. In fact, I’d like to find the MP3 on the net somewhere. I’m glad they’re back to the music; I wish they had done another in-episode music video. Also, I’m excited to learn about the new member – I hope she won’t be a cliché…
