Episode 03 - (8/10 - Great)
Impression:
Yay! Lots of new charcters. I was waiting for the introduction of the whole cast; I knew it couldn't be carried on just Nagi (and Kannagi) and Jin. We get to meet Jin's classmates, all of whom are quirky and unique. And, we meet Nagi's younger sister at the end of the episode. What I'm afraid of, though, is the misrepresentation of Chatholism and Christianity. There's been a rash of "nun" characters in anime in the past few years. It's not an interest in Christianity that draws the Japanese to nuns - it's the nun costume; Japan has a huge clothing fetish - like America's bunny suits and such. This episode was very fun - especially with the art club members.
Suggestive Content:
As I mentioned above, with the entrance of Zange, comes the misrepresentation of Christianity. Since Nagi and Zange are sisters, it suggest an goddess and God to be an equal plains. There's a scene in which Nagi is dressing. Tsugumi is concerned that Nagi and Jin are living together even though they are half-siblings (she thinks) - implying that incest could occur. Also in that scene, Nagi jumps on Tsugumi to hug her while she's still undressed. One of the art club presidents has a nose bleed. Gal games are briefly mentioned.
